I was just sitting outside looking around at the plants in my yard when I came across this carrot from last year, that somehow survived the winter and has continued to grow in the spring. Is this normal, or did we just have a super mild winter? 
It smells realllyy good and I can’t wait to eat it!

  1. quantasalmastenho said: Actually, it is normal. Carrots and other root veggies are more hardy than other plants. So if you had a mild winter, then it should be ok.
