I had a lovely day at Wasaga Beach.

Lots of sun, sand, and bouncing body parts. What more can anyone ask for? p.s. Didn’t like the three hour “detour”. since when does avoiding the highway make a trip faster? p.p.s. Cristine came.

No deep-fried butter.

Line ups were too long, and they were over-priced anyways. Still, I went on a few rides, pat a few animals (well Dylan did), and had some social time with a few friends. The parade that spontaneously made it’s way through the midway made my day… especially the marching band. It definitely set the the whole midway-carnivale mood, that I can’t help but love.

home again?

thisriver: So I’m headed home in the morning. I started calculating my trips and haven’t finished and so far, I calculated that I’ve travelled over 186,107km on an airplane in my lifetime. The diameter of the earth at the equator is only 12,756.2km meaning I’ve circled the world almost 15 times. Hawaii + Newfoundland, means maybe once for me.
